How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the door panel or control fascia.
- 1. Check display for lock symbol: Many Constructa models have a child lock. Hold the designated key combination (see user manual, often pressing and holding a specific button for 3–5 seconds) to deactivate it.
- 2. Confirm door closure: Close the door firmly until you hear the latch click. Check that racks or tall items are not preventing full closure.
- 3. Try different programs: Select another program and press Start to rule out a specific program issue.
- 4. Inspect control panel (advanced): If some buttons work but Start does not, the keypad or touch module may be faulty and require replacement.
