Dishwasher runs but cycle times are much longer than normal without showing an error.

Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing internal components.

• 1. Observe heating: During a hot program, open the door carefully after 20–30 minutes. If water is only lukewarm, heating may be weak.
• 2. Clean sensors: Clean the filters and sump thoroughly. Some Constructa models use turbidity sensors in the sump; cleaning can improve readings.
• 3. Use appropriate program: Auto programs may extend time for heavily soiled loads. Try a fixed-time program to compare.
• 4. Check inlet temperature: If connected to cold water, very cold supply can lengthen cycles; this is normal within limits.

When to call a technician: If cycles are excessively long and water never gets hot, the heater or NTC may need professional diagnosis.
