How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power and close water tap.

  • 1. Clean inlet filter and ensure good flow: As with E02/E03, verify the inlet filter is clean and water pressure is adequate.
  • 2. Inspect water matrix and flow meter: Remove the left side panel. Locate the flow meter on the water matrix. Check for visible blockages or air pockets in the channels.
  • 3. Reseat connector: Disconnect and reconnect the flow meter's electrical plug to ensure a solid connection.
  • 4. Descale if needed: If the matrix is heavily scaled, remove and descale it, then reinstall.

When to call a technician: Persistent E14 usually indicates a failed flow meter or control board, requiring professional diagnosis.
