How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close water tap.
- 1. Fully open tap: Confirm the supply tap is fully open and not partially closed.
- 2. Clean inlet filter: Remove and clean the mesh filter at the hose connection as described for E02.
- 3. Check hose for kinks: Straighten any sharp bends in the inlet hose.
- 4. Inspect water matrix: Remove side panel and check for partial blockages in the water matrix. Descale if necessary.
When to call a technician: If E18 persists with good water supply, the inlet valve or flow meter may need replacement.
