• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm if possible and rinse under water. Clear blocked jets with a toothpick.
• Check feed tube alignment: Ensure the upper rack is fully pushed in and that the spray arm hub engages the feed tube at the back.
• Avoid overloading: Do not stack bowls or cups so tightly that water cannot reach all surfaces.
• When to call for service: If the upper arm does not spin freely or water does not reach it despite cleaning, the feed tube or circulation pump may need professional attention.
