Safety first: Turn off power before removing the control panel.

• Clean control panel surface: Wipe with a slightly damp cloth to remove grease or residue that may interfere with touch sensitivity.
• Test button response: With power restored, try each button. Note which ones fail or cause E19.
• Inspect keypad ribbon: Remove inner door panel to access the keypad ribbon cable. Ensure it is fully seated and not damaged.
• Check for moisture: Look for signs of water intrusion behind the panel. Dry thoroughly and correct any leak sources.
• Replace UI panel if needed: If specific buttons remain nonfunctional, replace the user interface/touch panel assembly.
