Possible Causes
Worn or deformed Dacor door gasket, Clogged lower spray arm causing overspray, Misaligned door or hinges, Damaged bottom door seal
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off power and avoid slipping on spilled water.
- Inspect door gasket: Open the door and examine the rubber gasket around the tub opening. Look for tears, flattening, or gaps at the corners. Replace the Dacor door gasket if damaged.
- Clean spray arms: Remove the lower spray arm and clear any clogged jets that could redirect water toward the door.
- Check door alignment: Ensure the dishwasher is level front-to-back and side-to-side. Adjust leveling legs so the door closes evenly.
- Inspect bottom seal: Some models have a separate bottom door seal. Replace it if cracked or missing.
