How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and turn off water supply.
- Locate flow meter: Often integrated into the water inlet assembly or side water channel.
- Inspect for debris: Remove the flow meter and check that the internal wheel spins freely. Clean any scale or debris.
- Check wiring: Ensure the harness to the flow meter is intact and firmly connected.
- Reinstall and test: Reassemble and run a short cycle to see if E14 clears.
- If error persists: Replace the flow meter assembly. If still unresolved, the control board may be at fault.
