Dishwasher shows E7; unit may not start washing and may drain repeatedly.

Safety first: Turn off power and water before removing side or bottom panels.

• Locate pressure sensor: On many Danby dishwashers, the sensor is mounted on the side or base with a small rubber hose connected to the tub or sump.
• Inspect hose: Remove the hose and check for soap scum, grease, or debris. Rinse thoroughly and blow through to ensure it is clear.
• Check electrical connector: Ensure the sensor plug is fully seated and free of corrosion or moisture.
• Reset and test: Reassemble, restore power, and run a short cycle to see if E7 clears.
• If error returns: Replace the water level / pressure sensor. If a new sensor does not resolve the issue, the control board may be at fault.
