Possible Causes
Loose hose clamp on circulation circuit, Cracked internal hose, Perished sump seal, Leaking side water matrix or heat exchanger
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the appliance and close the water tap. Be prepared for water spillage when tilting the machine.
- Pull out and inspect: Slide the dishwasher out of the cabinet and look for visible drips or water trails on the sides and base.
- Remove panels: Take off side and bottom panels to expose hoses, sump, and side matrix.
- Run a test fill: With panels off and a flashlight ready, run a short cycle and watch for leaks. Pay attention to hose joints, pump seals, and the side matrix.
- Tighten or replace: Tighten any loose clamps. Replace cracked hoses or a leaking sump seal. If the side matrix is cracked, replace the entire assembly.
- Dry base and reassemble: Thoroughly dry the base tray before reassembly to prevent anti-flood activation.
