Possible Causes
Heater not working causing extended wash, Faulty NTC sensor misreading temperature, Dirty turbidity sensor, Low inlet water temperature
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing internal components.
- Check water temperature: Open the door mid-cycle (carefully) to see if water is hot. If cold, investigate heater and NTC as in E3/E9.
- Clean sensors: Clean the turbidity sensor and NTC mounting area to ensure accurate readings.
- Use hot water supply: If connected to cold water, consider connecting to a hot supply within manufacturer limits to reduce heating time.
- Reset appliance: Power-cycle the dishwasher. If long cycles persist with proper heating, sensor or control board faults may require professional diagnosis.
