Possible Causes
Partially closed water tap, Clogged inlet filter, Faulty flow meter miscounting pulses, Kinked inlet hose
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap before removing hoses.
- Fully open tap: Ensure the water supply tap is fully open and not restricted by a faulty valve.
- Clean inlet filters: Remove and clean all mesh filters in the inlet hose and valve connection.
- Straighten hose: Make sure the inlet hose is not kinked or crushed behind the dishwasher.
- Check flow meter: Inspect and, if necessary, replace the flow meter in the side water matrix if it is not registering correct flow.
- Test cycle: Reassemble and run a short program to confirm that the water level is adequate and E18 is cleared.
