Possible Causes
No rinse aid, Faulty rinse aid dispenser, Low final rinse temperature, Blocked vent or fan (if fitted)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before working near the door or vent.
- Check rinse aid level: Ensure the internal or external rinse aid reservoir is filled with the correct product.
- Verify dosing: Adjust rinse aid dosing to a higher setting if spotting or wet dishes persist.
- Inspect dispenser: Confirm the rinse aid dispenser opens and is not clogged. Replace the rinse aid dispenser if it does not release product.
- Check final rinse temperature: Use a thermometer-safe cup to verify rinse temperature meets specification. If low, inspect the heating element and NTC.
- Vent/fan check: On models with a drying fan, ensure the vent is not blocked and the fan operates during drying.
