Possible Causes
Seized circulation pump, Failed pump motor, Faulty start capacitor, Loose wiring to pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close water supply.
- Listen for pump: After filling, the machine should start spraying. A humming noise without spray indicates a jammed pump.
- Access pump: Remove lower panels to reach the circulation pump. Check for obstructions in the impeller and remove any debris.
- Test motor: Measure resistance of the pump windings. An open circuit indicates a failed motor requiring replacement of the circulation pump.
- Check capacitor: If fitted, test the start capacitor and replace if out of spec.
