Possible Causes
Defective flow meter, Partially blocked inlet hose or valve, Low water pressure, Wiring issue between flow meter and control board
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Isolate power and close the water tap before inspection.
- Verify water pressure: Open a nearby tap and confirm strong flow. Very low building pressure can trigger E02.
- Check inlet hose and valve: Inspect for kinks, restrictions, or debris in the hose and valve filter. Clean as needed.
- Access flow meter: On many Electrolux Professional dishwashers, the flow meter is integrated in the inlet assembly or side water matrix. Remove the side panel, locate the flow meter, and check for scale or debris obstructing the turbine.
- Clean or replace: If the turbine is jammed, carefully clean it. If the sensor body is cracked or corroded, replace the flow meter assembly.
- Check wiring: Inspect the harness from the flow meter to the control board for damage or loose connectors. Reseat connectors firmly.
