Possible Causes
Water leak into base tray, Stuck anti-flood float switch, Overfilling due to faulty inlet valve or pressure switch
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap immediately.
- Check base tray: Pull the unit out and inspect the base for standing water. Dry completely.
- Inspect for leaks: Run a short fill while observing hoses, sump, and door seal for drips.
- Float switch: Ensure the float moves freely and the microswitch is not jammed. Replace the Fagor float switch if necessary.
- Inlet valve: If water continues to enter when the machine is off, the inlet valve is stuck open and must be replaced.
