Possible Causes

Faulty flow meter in inlet assembly, Blocked flow meter turbine due to debris, Wiring issue between flow meter and control board, Incorrect installation of inlet assembly

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap before disconnecting the inlet hose.

  • Check inlet filters: Remove and clean the mesh filter at the tap end of the Fagor inlet hose to prevent debris from reaching the flow meter.
  • Access flow meter: On many Fagor models, the flow meter is integrated into the water inlet assembly or side water matrix. Remove the side panel to locate it.
  • Inspect for debris: Disconnect the small hoses and gently flush the flow meter with clean water to free any stuck particles.
  • Check wiring: Ensure the flow meter connector is firmly attached to the control board harness and that no wires are broken.
  • Replace if faulty: If the turbine does not spin freely or the sensor is damaged, replace the Fagor flow meter/inlet assembly.
