Possible Causes

Partially clogged inlet hose filter, Weak water pressure, Partially blocked side water tank or softener, Inlet valve not opening fully

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn off power and water before disconnecting hoses.

  • 1. Check water level: During the wash phase, open the door briefly. Water should cover the sump and reach near the bottom of the door. If very low, proceed with checks.
  • 2. Clean inlet filter: Close the tap, disconnect the Aquastop hose, and clean the mesh filter at the hose end.
  • 3. Inspect hose and tap: Ensure the hose is not kinked and the tap is fully open. Check for limescale in the tap outlet.
  • 4. Side tank/softener: If accessible, inspect the side water tank for heavy limescale restricting flow. Rinse or replace if necessary.
  • 5. If unresolved: A weak inlet valve may need replacement to restore proper fill volume.
