Possible Causes

Moisture ingress into control panel, Worn or damaged touchpad, Loose ribbon cable, Faulty UI control board

Safety first: Disconnect power before opening the door panel.

Power reset: Turn off power for 5 minutes, then restore and test.
Inspect for moisture: Remove the inner door panel and check the user interface board and ribbon cable for signs of moisture or corrosion. Dry carefully if damp.
Reseat ribbon cable: Disconnect and reconnect the ribbon cable between the UI and main board.

If buttons remain unresponsive, replace the user interface panel / control module.
