Top rack dishes are not getting clean while bottom rack is mostly clean.

Safety first: Turn off power before removing parts.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and flush under water. Use a toothpick to clear blocked holes.
• Check feed tube: Inspect the water feed tube to the upper arm for cracks, disconnections, or obstructions.
• Ensure proper rack placement: Make sure the upper rack is correctly seated on its rails and engages the water feed at the back.

If cleaning and alignment do not restore performance, the circulation pump may be weak and require replacement.
