Top rack dishes are not getting clean while bottom rack is mostly clean.

Safety First: Turn off power before removing spray arms.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and flush it under hot water. Clear each jet hole with a toothpick.
• Inspect feed tube: Check the vertical feed tube and manifold that supplies the upper arm for cracks or disconnections. Reseat or replace if damaged.
• Check for obstructions: Ensure tall items in the lower rack are not blocking the rotation of the upper arm.
• Assess circulation pump: If both arms are clean but upper rack still suffers, the circulation pump may be weak and require replacement.
