Residual Water / Partial Drain
Dishwasher displays no error but water remains in the bottom after the cycle completes.

Possible Causes
Clogged filter or sump, Partially blocked drain hose, Weak drain pump, Incorrect drain hose installation height
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before working under the dishwasher or removing hoses.
- Clean filters and sump: Remove and clean all filters. Inspect the sump for debris blocking the drain inlet.
- Check drain hose: Ensure the hose has a proper high loop and is not kinked. Disconnect from the sink and flush with hot water.
- Verify installation height: The end of the drain hose should be at the correct height specified in the manual; too low can cause siphoning issues.
- Test drain pump: Run a drain-only cycle and listen. If the pump sounds weak or intermittent, it may need replacement.
A small amount of clean water in the sump is normal, but standing dirty water indicates a drain problem.
