• Check pump cover: Ensure the cover is correctly aligned and locked in place; an improper fit can trigger E25.
• Test pump: Spin the impeller gently to confirm it moves freely.
• Deeper access if needed: If the blockage cannot be cleared from above, access the pump from the base and remove it for thorough cleaning or replacement.
