Detergent pod or powder remains in the dispenser at the end of the cycle.

Safety: Turn off power before removing the inner door panel if needed.

• Check for obstructions: Ensure tall dishes or utensils are not blocking the dispenser door from opening.
• Clean dispenser area: Remove any caked detergent from the cup and surrounding area.
• Verify spray coverage: Make sure spray arms are clean and rotating freely so water can reach the dispenser.
• Test dispenser mechanism: Open the inner door panel and inspect the dispenser latch and solenoid/wax motor. Replace the dispenser assembly if the mechanism is broken or the solenoid is open.
