How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power and water immediately to prevent damage and shock risk.
- Pull out the dishwasher: Carefully slide the unit out from under the counter. Place towels or a tray under the base.
- Inspect while running: Run a short cycle and observe from underneath. Look for drips at the circulation pump, drain pump, sump-to-tub seal, hoses, and inlet valve.
- Tighten and reseat hoses: Tighten any loose clamps and reseat hoses that are weeping.
- Replace leaking components: If the pump housing, sump, or inlet valve is cracked or leaking at a seam, replace the affected part with a GE-compatible component.
