Possible Causes
Clogged upper spray arm, Disconnected or cracked upper feed tube, Blocked mid-level spray arm, Low water pressure from weak pump
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power before removing internal components.
- Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper spray arm and clear all jets. Rinse thoroughly and reinstall.
- Inspect feed tube: Check the plastic feed tube running up the back or side of the tub for cracks or disconnections. Ensure it engages properly with the pump outlet and upper arm.
- Check rack height and loading: Ensure the upper rack is properly seated and not blocking the spray arm rotation.
- Assess circulation pump: If upper wash remains weak, the pump may not be generating enough pressure and may need replacement.
