• Check for obstructions: Ensure large dishes or pans are not blocking the dispenser door from opening fully.
• Clean dispenser: Wipe out any caked detergent and ensure the door moves freely.
• Check spray arm alignment: Confirm the upper spray arm is not damaged and can direct water toward the dispenser area.
• Test dispenser: If the door does not open during a cycle, remove the inner door panel and inspect the GE Café detergent dispenser mechanism. Replace the dispenser if the latch or spring is faulty.
