Dishwasher racks are difficult to slide in and out; they stick or jump on the rails.

Safety first: Switch off power before removing racks.

• Remove racks: Pull out the upper and lower racks and release any end stops to remove them completely.
• Inspect wheels and rails: Check rack wheels for flat spots or cracks. Inspect rails for bending or rust.
• Clean tracks: Wipe the rails and wheels with a damp cloth to remove debris and dried detergent.
• Replace worn parts: Replace damaged wheels or rails with Grundig-compatible parts.
• Reinstall and test: Refit racks and ensure they slide smoothly.
