Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before opening panels.

Check supply temperature: Measure incoming hot water temperature. If below Hobart’s specification, increase water heater setting or correct supply issues.
Inspect inlet screens: Clean the water inlet valve screen and any external strainers to restore normal fill rate.
Verify heater operation: Observe tank and rinse temperatures during operation. If they rise very slowly or not at all, troubleshoot the heating elements and thermostats.
Descale system: Heavy scale on heaters and sensors can slow heating. Run a descaling procedure with an approved product.
Service if unresolved: If cycle times remain excessive, the control board or sensors may be misreading and should be checked by a technician.
