Check guide rails: Ensure side guides are straight, securely mounted, and free of obstructions.
Adjust chain tension: If the conveyor chain is too loose or too tight, adjust tension according to Hobart specifications (technician-level task).
Verify sensors: Clean and check operation of rack presence sensors or limit switches that control conveyor movement.
Test operation: After adjustments, run empty racks through to confirm smooth travel.
