How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Before opening any covers, ensure the machine is isolated from the electrical supply. Only qualified persons should work on live circuits.
- Check external supply: Verify that the wall breaker or fused isolator feeding the Hoonved dishwasher is ON and not tripped. Reset if necessary and observe if it trips again.
- Inspect mains cable and plug (if fitted): Look for damage, burns, or loose connections at the plug or junction box.
- Check main switch: Access the rear of the front panel and test the main ON/OFF switch for continuity when switched on. Replace if faulty.
- Internal fuses: Many Hoonved models have fuses on the main PCB or near the terminal block. With power disconnected, remove and test fuses with a multimeter. Replace only with identical ratings.
- Terminal block: Tighten all screws on the mains terminal block. Loose connections can cause overheating and intermittent power loss.
