How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing internal components. Use gloves when handling rinse aid.
- Verify rinse aid level: Check the external or built-in rinse aid container and refill if empty.
- Clean suction filter: Remove the suction tube from the container and clean any small filter or check valve at the end. Rinse under warm water to remove residue.
- Inspect tubing: Follow the tubing from the pump to the injection point. Straighten any kinks and replace brittle or cracked tubing.
- Test pump: In service/test mode (if available), trigger a rinse aid dose and listen for the pump. If silent or only humming, the pump may be seized and require replacement.
- Check electrical connections: Ensure the pump connectors are firmly attached to the control board and that there are no burnt contacts.
