How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power and close water supply before working on hydraulic components.
- Check drain hose installation: Ensure the hose has a proper high loop and is not inserted too far into the standpipe, which can cause siphoning.
- Inspect drain valve: On models with an electric drain valve, check that it closes fully and is not held open by debris.
- Clean pressure switch hose and chamber: Remove and clean the hose and any air chamber connected to the pressure switch.
- Test pressure switch or probes: Replace if they do not correctly signal the full level to the control board.
