Machine overfills and water level is visibly above normal, sometimes spilling into the base.

Possible Causes

Stuck water inlet valve, Blocked or disconnected pressure switch hose, Faulty pressure switch contacts, Shorted level probe to ground

Safety first: Immediately disconnect power and close the water supply if overfilling occurs.

Check inlet valve: If water continues to enter with power off, the valve is mechanically stuck open and must be replaced.
Inspect pressure hose: Ensure the hose from the tank to the pressure switch is connected and not blocked.
Test pressure switch: Replace if it does not change state at the correct water level.
Clean level probes: Remove and clean probes to eliminate conductive bridges of scale or detergent.
