Upper rack items are not getting clean while lower rack items are washed correctly.

Safety first: Turn off power before removing racks or spray arms.

• Clean upper spray arm: Remove the upper arm and flush it. Clear all jets with a toothpick.
• Inspect feed tube: Ensure the vertical feed tube from the pump to the upper arm is not cracked or blocked.
• Check rotation: Reinstall the arm and spin it by hand. Replace if bearings are worn or if it binds.
• Verify wash pressure: If both arms are weak, inspect the wash pump for wear or blockage.
