Dishwasher leaks water from underneath; water appears on the floor under the machine.

Safety first: Unplug the dishwasher and close the water tap immediately. Tilt the machine only when water is drained to avoid spillage.

• Pull out the dishwasher: Carefully slide the unit out from under the counter to inspect the sides and base.
• Remove panels: Take off the side and/or base panels to locate the source of the leak. Use a torch while running a short fill/wash cycle.
• Check hoses and clamps: Inspect all rubber and plastic hoses for splits or loose clamps. Tighten clamps and replace damaged hoses.
• Inspect sump and pump: Look for drips around the sump seal and pump housing. Replace the sump gasket or circulation pump housing if cracked.
• Do not ignore small leaks: Even minor leaks can trigger the anti-flood system and damage flooring. Repair promptly.
