Possible Causes

Faulty flow meter in side matrix, Blocked water distributor channels, Scale build-up in water matrix, Loose flow meter connector

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap.

  • Access side water matrix: Remove the left or right side panel (depending on model) to expose the transparent water matrix and flow meter assembly.
  • Inspect for scale and debris: Look for white limescale or food particles in the channels. Remove the matrix if necessary and flush thoroughly with hot water and descaler.
  • Check flow meter: The flow meter is usually a small device clipped into the matrix with wires attached. Ensure the connector is firmly seated and wires are intact.
  • Test operation: After cleaning, reassemble and run a fill cycle. If E13 persists, the flow meter may be defective and should be replaced.
