How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off power before removing spray arms if accessing from below.
- Clean filters: Remove and thoroughly clean the filters under hot water.
- Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms. Use a toothpick to clear blocked jets and rinse well.
- Check water temperature: Ensure the hot water supply is at least 50–60°C if the dishwasher uses hot feed, or confirm that the heater is working.
- Load correctly: Avoid nesting dishes and blocking the spray arms. Follow the loading diagrams in the user manual.
- Use quality detergent and rinse aid: Use branded dishwasher tablets and keep the rinse aid dispenser filled.
If performance remains poor, the circulation pump or heater may be underperforming and require further diagnosis.
