How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before accessing internal components.
- Check inside tub: Remove racks and inspect for loose cutlery or small items that may contact the spray arms.
- Inspect spray arms: Remove and shake the spray arms; listen for trapped debris. Rinse thoroughly.
- Check sump and pumps: Remove filters and inspect the sump. Access the drain pump and circulation pump from the base and remove any foreign objects from the impellers.
If noise persists and the pump bearings are worn (squealing or rumbling), replace the affected pump assembly.
