• Check door closure: Ensure the door closes firmly and evenly. Look for obstructions around the door seal or racks preventing full closure.
• Inspect latch strike: Check the metal or plastic strike on the cabinet that engages the door lock. Adjust its position slightly if the latch does not engage fully.
• Access door lock: Remove the inner door panel to expose the door lock / interlock switch. Inspect for cracks, broken springs, or burnt contacts.
• Test the switch: Use a multimeter to check continuity across the switch terminals when the latch is engaged. No continuity indicates a faulty switch.
• Check wiring harness: Inspect the harness where it passes through the door for broken or pinched wires.

Replace the door lock assembly if defective. If wiring and lock are good but A10 persists, the control board may be at fault and should be checked by a technician.
