Possible Causes

Internal water leak into base tray, Stuck float switch, Cracked hose or sump, Loose pump seal

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap immediately to prevent further flooding.

  • Pull out and inspect: Slide the Iberna dishwasher out from under the counter. Check the floor and base tray for water.
  • Drain base tray: Carefully tilt the machine backward to allow water to drain from the base tray onto towels. This may temporarily clear E15 but the leak source must be found.
  • Locate leak: Remove side and base panels. Run a short cycle while observing hoses, sump, pumps, and door area for drips. Pay attention to the inlet hose, circulation pump seal, and drain pump housing.
  • Repair leak: Tighten hose clamps, replace cracked hoses, or install a new sump or pump seal as required. Ensure the float switch moves freely and is not obstructed.

Do not use the dishwasher until the leak is fully resolved; repeated flooding can damage flooring and electrics.
