Dishwasher displays E17 and may not fill properly, often in homes with very high water pressure.

Safety first: Disconnect power and close the water tap.

• Check water pressure: If possible, measure household water pressure. Iberna dishwashers typically require 0.5–10 bar. If pressure is very high, install a pressure reducer on the supply line.
• Inspect inlet valve: Ensure the inlet valve is not damaged or stuck partially open. Replace if it does not close cleanly.
• Use partially closed tap: As a temporary measure, slightly close the supply tap to reduce flow rate and test if E17 disappears.

Persistent E17 in normal pressure conditions suggests a faulty inlet valve or flow meter that should be replaced.
