Dishwasher fills and drains but dishes remain dirty; spray arms are not rotating properly.

Safety first: Turn off power and water before removing internal components.

• Clean filters: Remove and thoroughly clean the sump filters. Ensure no debris remains in the sump area.
• Clean spray arms: Remove upper and lower spray arms. Rinse under running water and use a toothpick to clear blocked jets. Ensure the arms spin freely when reinstalled.
• Check water level: During a wash, open the door briefly and confirm water level is adequate. If low, inspect inlet filters and pressure switch as described in E8.
• Circulation pump: If cleaning does not help and spray arms still do not rotate, the circulation pump may be weak or partially blocked and should be inspected and possibly replaced.
