• Check door switch: Confirm that the dishwasher recognizes the door as open (display should change). If not, test and replace the door switch.
• Replace lamp: If your Ilve model uses a replaceable bulb, remove the light cover and install a new lamp of the correct type and rating.
• LED modules: For LED lighting, inspect the wiring and connector to the LED module. Replace the module if visibly damaged.
• Control issue: If the light circuit is driven from the main board and all else is good, the board may require replacement.
