Dishwasher leaves greasy residue and food particles on dishes, especially in the upper rack.

Safety first: Switch off power before removing spray arms.

• Check loading: Ensure tall items are not blocking the upper spray arm from spinning.
• Clean upper arm: Remove the upper spray arm by unscrewing or unclipping it. Rinse and clear all jets with a toothpick.
• Inspect feed tube: Check the vertical feed tube and connection at the rear of the tub for blockages or misalignment with the pump outlet.
• Circulation pump: If upper rack cleaning remains poor, the circulation pump may not be delivering enough pressure and should be tested as in E6.
