Dishwasher racks are difficult to slide or come off their tracks.

• Clean rails: Remove the racks and clean the rail tracks with warm soapy water. Remove any debris.
• Inspect rollers: Check the rack wheels/rollers for flat spots or cracks. Replace worn rollers.
• Rail stops: Ensure the end stops on the rails are intact and correctly positioned to prevent the rack from coming off unexpectedly.
• Rack frame: Straighten any bent sections of the rack carefully or replace the rack if severely damaged.
