• Inspect control board: Remove the inner door panel to access the main control module. Check for burnt components, swollen capacitors, or water damage.
• Check connectors: Reseat all multi-pin connectors to the board, ensuring they are fully engaged and free of corrosion.
• Verify supply voltage: Confirm that the dishwasher is receiving stable mains voltage. Avoid sharing the circuit with heavy loads that may cause dips.
• Replace board: If visual inspection shows damage or E14 persists despite good wiring and supply, replace the main control board with the correct Ilve part number.
