Detergent tablet or powder remains in the dispenser at end of cycle.

User checks:

• Ensure no tall plates, trays, or utensils are positioned directly in front of the dispenser.
• Load tablets flat in the dispenser and close the lid fully.

Technical checks:

• Run a cycle and open the door after 10–15 minutes to confirm the dispenser door has opened.
• If the door does not open, inspect the dispenser mechanism for broken springs or latches and replace the dispenser if necessary.
• Clean spray arms to ensure adequate water pressure reaches the dispenser area.
