Worn or deformed door gasket, Blocked or split lower spray arm causing water to jet at door, Overloading or items protruding past racks, Damaged lower door seal or deflector
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Switch off and unplug the dishwasher. Mop up any spilled water to avoid slipping.
Inspect door seals:
- Open the door and inspect the main tub gasket around the perimeter for splits, flattening, or mould.
- Check the lower door seal/deflector at the bottom edge for damage.
Check spray arms and loading:
- Inspect the lower spray arm for cracks or blocked jets that could redirect water at the door.
- Ensure large trays or pans are not blocking the spray arm or pushing against the door.
Action:
- Replace the main door gasket and/or lower door seal if worn.
- Replace a damaged lower spray arm.
Run a short cycle and observe the door area for leaks before pushing the machine fully back into place.
