User checks:

• Ensure dishes are loaded so that water can reach all surfaces; avoid nesting bowls and blocking spray arms.
• Use the correct program for heavily soiled items (e.g. Intensive).

Technical checks:

• Remove and clean all spray arms thoroughly.
• Check that the machine fills to the correct level; if low, inspect inlet filters and valve.
• If performance remains poor, test and possibly replace the circulation pump.
